Our Code of Business Ethics expresses principles to follow in terms of business practices, relations with business partners, anti-corruption, confidentiality and more.

We are committed to conducting our business in a manner that is consistent with internationally recognised human and labour rights standards.
G2 Ocean's Human Rights and Decent Work Conditions Policy sets out the company's principles and standards to prevent the business from having a potential or actual negative impact on basic human rights and decent working conditions.
We have zero tolerance for corruption in all forms and are committed to conducting business in accordance with the high ethical standards reflected in our Code and Anti-bribery and Corruption Policy.
In recognition of this commitment, we have implemented a comprehensive programme to prevent corruption in our business activities.
The programme includes policies and procedures applicable to all G2 Ocean employees, as well as resources and tools, such as risk assessments, training of employees, reporting tools, collaboration with our shareholders, and our partnership with the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network (MACN).

G2 Ocean has been a member of MACN since 2017. Together with 181 member organisations from the maritime industry, we work towards the vision of a maritime industry free of corruption.
At G2 Ocean, we will always comply with all applicable sanctions, trade restrictions and export controls in the countries in which we operate.
To detect, prevent and manage sanction risks, G2 Ocean has implemented a sanctions screening tool that is open to all employees.
The system examines companies and identifies those who are subject to unlawful practices or sanctions, such as fraud, penalties, fines, and social discrimination. If any issues are found and substantiated, we will not do business with that company.
G2 Ocean works with many global suppliers and depends on them to provide a high level of service. All suppliers are expected to maintain excellent performance and uphold high ethical standards throughout the contract period.
Working with suppliers that may put G2 Ocean at risk can result in significant monetary losses from damage to the company’s reputation, regulatory penalties, operational delays, financial losses or catastrophic health and safety events.
To understand and manage supplier risks, G2 Ocean has implemented a supplier risk management policy and supplier risk management system.
Employees are expected to apply risk management in their decision-making, routine management, as well as strategic and operational planning processes.
At G2 Ocean, we are committed to applying high standards of business and personal ethics to detect the risks that we are exposed to related to money laundering and terrorist financing and to take the proportionate measures required to deter and manage these risks.
